All the photos appearing on this site with copyright information (visible and/ or embedded) are the properties of Masa Onikata and Miyabi Production, and are protected by international treaties on intellectual property and other applicable laws. These photographs may not be copied or retransmitted by any means without explicit authorization from Masa Onikata/ Miyabi Production.
Interested potential users who wish to obtain an authorization to copy the photographs on this website, must receive explicit written permission from Masa Onikata / Miyabi Production by sending an email to onikata-z@miyabi-pr.com. This request email must contain the following information:
-the name of the requestor
-email address of the requestor
-the name of the organization or the company for which the requestor is making the order
-the address of the organization or the company for which the requestor is making the order
-the website URL of the organization or the company for which the requestor is making the order
-the intended use of the photographs
Any reproduction permission granted by Masa Onikata/ Miyabi Production will be valid only for the use stated in the return email from Masa Onikata/ Miyabi Production. Other use of the photographs requires a separate request for authorization from Masa Onikata/ Miyabi Production. This permission may not under any circumstances be transferred to a third party.
The person, company or organization that has received via mail or email the permission to reproduce photos of Masa Onikata/ Miyabi Production must mention the obligatory copyright notice ©Masa Onikata/ Miyabi Production with each photo unless stated otherwise in the authorization email from Masa Onikata/ Miyabi Production.
The users who received a usage authorization from Masa Onikata/ Miyabi Production may crop the photographs, but must not apply any other modification unless stated otherwise in the authorization email from Masa Onikata/ Miyabi Production.
Masa Onikata/ Miyabi Production reserve the right to refuse or to revoke the authorization for the use of photographs if it is deemed that this use is contrary to its constitution or if a user does not respect the terms of use.

使用許可が得られた場合、その使用用途は、申請時の内容に限定されます。新たな使用用途が生じた場合は改めて使用許可を申請してください。また、使用の際は、ミヤビプロダクションが求めるコピーライト情報の表記を必ず行ってください。
使用の権利を第三者に譲渡することは禁止されています。
使用許可が得られた場合、写真をトリミングして使用することは可能ですが、その他の編集を行った上での使用を希望する際は、別途許可を申請してください。
写真及びその他のコンテンツの実使用内容が合意されたものに反すると見なされた場合、ミヤビプロダクションはその使用を禁止する権利を有します。
